《Don't Be Messin' 'Round》是流行音乐之王迈克尔杰克逊生前录制演唱的一首歌曲，收录于2012年发行的《Bad25》和《The Ultimate Fan Extras Collection》专辑里。
《别浪费时间》（Don’t Be Messin’ ‘Round）的样带是“飙”（Bad）时期的未发行歌曲之一，供歌迷一窥“流行音乐之王”的创作和录音过程。
在这首歌中，我们能听到杰克逊给出指示，用嘴唱出音乐部分，安排哪儿该加重音、哪儿加打击乐，乱唱并即兴唱出许多未完成歌词。“一个主要目的就是展现这些是在制作中的作品。”录音师、杰克逊的长期好友、合作者马特·佛格说，“拉开窗帘，看自然工作状态下的迈克尔，看他如何指导，他的幽默感和他的专注。”
成品是特意未完成、纯天然。“你能听到他玩得很开心。”佛格说，“他的灵魂和情感全在那里。他知道录样带时不用很完美，所以很放松，他会加入即兴片段，或唱或跳，或打响指或拍手。你能听到他玩得很快乐。”
最终，《别浪费时间》没有加工完成，其它更强大的歌曲被选入《颤栗》，杰克逊决定把这首歌先放一边，考虑下张专辑再重新加工。“那是迈克尔加工创意和歌曲的做法。”佛格解释道，“他让歌曲到时候自己出现。有时一首歌没有准备好，或者不适合一张专辑或项目的特点，它就待在保管库中。在某个时候，他会再把它抽出来。”
1986年底，杰克逊在家庭录音室和西湖录音室继续制作《别浪费时间》。可是，当昆西·琼斯（Quincy Jones）加入后，大删减就开始了，《别浪费时间》被丢到剪辑室的地板上。杰克逊在《危险》（Dangerous）和《历史》（HIStory）时期再次抽出这首歌，更新它的声音，加入新元素。显然，他喜欢这歌，但最终没有为它找到合适的家。
马特·佛格混音的版本是杰克逊在1986年“飙”时期制作的最后版本。佛格觉得这是最纯净、最让人满意的版本：“这就是迈克尔当时说的，一字不差，‘这就是它应有的样子。’”
